We don't just sharpen blades, we fix what's wrong. Unlike other sharpening shops, first, we check for wild teeth and bring them back into alignment. Next we check the blade for flatness and tension to ensure the saw blade will track properly in its cut. Then we sharpen the carbide teeth so each blade will cut smoothly and quietly. Any company can sharpen a blade, but we take quality to another level through our detailed processes to give you a longer-lasting cut.

Blade Inspection

Every saw blade undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it retains a super sharp cutting edge and a run-out flatness of +/- 0.001 in. (0.025mm). This ensures long-lasting performance and consistently perfect cuts.

Three easy steps to send us your saw blades for sharpening.

Packaging
Make sure all saw blades are shipped in a cardboard sleeve or stacked together with all teeth rotating in the same direction. Cardboard spacers can be placed between saw blades to avoid damaging carbide teeth. Wrap all saw blades together as a unit with plastic stretch wrap.
