Micro-Kerf®

Micro-Kerf® is Total Saw Solutions' premium line of ultra-thin carbide-tipped saw blades, designed to reduce material waste and cutting resistance while delivering clean, accurate cuts. Available in 10" and 12" models with nominal 1/16" kerfs and actual kerfs ranging from .061" to .070" depending on the model.

Crafted with special carbide tips and precisoin-ground tooth geometry, Micro-Kerf® blades are designed for applicatoins ranging from glue-line ripping to smooth crosscutting. Their ultra-thin kerfs remove less material than conventional thin-kerf and standard-kerf blades, helping conserve vaulable wood while also reducing cutting resistance.

The 10" Micro-Kerf® blades are designed for table saw use. The 12" models are available for table saws, chop saws, miter saws and sliding compound miter saws, depending on the model. Standard and Deep Cut versions are available, with Deep Cut models featuring heaver plates, larger carbide tips and increased cutting capacity. Select models are also available with a -5° negative hook.

Micro-Kerf® blades are precision manufactured to +/-.001 runout, helping support smooth tracking and consistent cut quality. Proper saw alignment is important for getting the best performance from any ultra-thin blade.

Their low cutting resistance also makes Micro-Kerf® blades well suited to portable and lower-horsepower table saws as well as full-size woodworking machines.

*Important: Micro-Kerf® blades are not intended for full-depth scoring. For normal through-cuts, make sure the carbide tips cut completely through the material. When making intentional partial-depth cuts, limit each pass to a maximum depth of 1-1/2" to help prevent excessive heat buildup.
