Also Available with Positive Hook

A 10” diameter, 40-tooth, .070” ultra-thin kerf carbide-tipped table saw blade designed for cutting hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, wood veneers, MDF, particleboard and plastics. It delivers smooth crosscuts and clean glue-line rips while reducing cutting resistance and material waste compared with standard-kerf blades.

The Micro-Kerf® Deep Cut is the industrial-duty version of our standard 10" Micro-Kerf® Saw Blade. It features a heavier plate, larger carbide tips, a slightly wider kerf, a -5° hook angle, and a deeper 3-1/4" cutting capacity. Its low cutting resistance makes it an excellent choice for portable and lower-horsepower table saws as well as full-size table saws.

This blade can also be used for skim cutting when following the partial-depth cutting guidelines below.

Made in the USA. Professionally resharpenable.

*Important: This blade is not intended for full-depth scoring. For normal through-cuts, make sure the carbide tips cut completely through the material. When making intentional partial-depth cuts, limit each pass to a maximum depth of 1-1/2" to help prevent excessive heat buildup.
