Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your package.

We currently ship around North America. For locations outside this, please contact our customer support.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or carrier delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the unused item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

 

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition.
  • Returns must include the original packaging.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) along with a return authorization (RMA) number.

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

 

 

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
