10" Micro-Kerf 40T x 1/16" Table Saw Blade MK1040625
2-1/2" Cutting Depth
A 10” diameter, 40-tooth, .061” ultra-thin kerf carbide-tipped table saw blade designed for cutting hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, wood veneers, MDF, particleboard and plastics. It delivers smooth crosscuts and clean glue-line rips while reducing cutting resistance and material waste compared with standard-kerf blades.
The Micro-Kerf® is designed for exceptionally thin, efficient through-cuts. Its .061" kerf removes significantly less material than conventional thin-kerf and standard-kerf blades, making it an excellent choice when material conservation, smooth finish and reduced cutting resistance are important. Its low cutting resistance makes it an excellent choice for portable and lower-horsepower table saws as well as full-size table saws.
For heavier cutting applications, skim cutting or deeper cutting capacity, see our 10" Micro-Kerf Deep Cut Saw Blade.
Made in the USA. Professionally resharpenable.
*Important: This standard Micro-Kerf® blade is designed for complete through-cuts and is not intended for skim cutting or full-depth scoring. Make sure the carbide tips cut completely through the material during normal through-cuts. When making intentional partial-depth cuts, limit each pass to a maximum depth of 1-1/2" to help prevent excessive heat buildup.

| Kerf | 1/16" (0.061") | 3/32" (0.09375") | 1/8" (0.125") |
| Material Removed - Same Cut Depth | Baseline | ~54% more material removed | ~105% more material removed |
| Cutting Resistance | Low | Moderate | Higher |
| Sawdust Generated | 50% less than 1/8" blade | ~25% less than 1/8" blade | Baseline |
